2.0 Services LLC – Service Policies

 

  


Thank you for choosing 2.0 Services LLC. We are committed to providing professional, efficient, and consistent service across all our offerings. To ensure smooth operations and set clear expectations, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following service policies.


Roadside Assistance Policy
To ensure prompt and reliable roadside support, full payment is required prior to dispatch. No services will be rendered without payment—no exceptions. Once a technician has been dispatched to your location, the service is considered initiated. At that point, no refunds will be issued, as resources and labor have already been allocated. If you cancel before our technician arrives, a refund will only be issued if we fail to meet the estimated time of arrival (ETA), including a 20-minute grace period for unforeseen traffic delays. Cancellations for any other reason are non-refundable. Additionally, if a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control—such as mechanical failure or inaccessible vehicle components—no refund will be provided.


Lawn and Landscape Refund Policy
At 2.0 Services LLC, we take pride in the quality and care we provide through our lawn maintenance, property upkeep, and landscaping services. All deposits and down payments are non-refundable and are outlined in detail within your service estimate or proposal. Once a service or project has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage customers to communicate openly throughout the service period to ensure satisfaction. Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of services. All payment terms are detailed in your estimate or contract and must be followed accordingly.


Weather and Rain Delay Policy
Lawn care and property services are dependent on safe and dry weather conditions. We operate on a flexible schedule that includes a one-day service window before or after your scheduled date to accommodate delays caused by inclement weather. If a service cannot be completed due to rain, storms, or wet ground, it will be automatically rescheduled for the next available mowing or service date. Customers will not be penalized or charged extra for weather-related delays beyond our control. Our goal is to ensure your property is serviced safely and consistently.


Pet Waste and Equipment Sanitation Policy
In order to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment for both our team and your property, all dog waste must be fully removed prior to your scheduled service. Dog feces can carry harmful parasites such as roundworms, hookworms, and giardia, which may spread between properties via our lawn care equipment. To help us maintain sanitation standards, customers must allow access to an outdoor water source so we can rinse and disinfect equipment when needed. If excessive pet waste is present, a $50 sanitation fee will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse service or charge the full scheduled rate if waste is not properly removed before our arrival.


Trash and Debris Policy
To ensure high-quality and timely service, properties must be free from excessive trash, litter, or debris, including fallen tree branches, yard waste, or holiday-related clutter. If we arrive at a property that has an excessive amount of trash or debris that interferes with service, the customer may be subject to an additional cleanup fee. In situations where trash is scattered across the lawn or hard surfaces, the job may be classified as a full property cleanup, which is billed at a higher rate due to the additional labor and time required. This policy is especially enforced around holidays such as the Fourth of July, when debris and waste levels may increase. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the property before service. If our team must perform cleanup in order to proceed, charges will be added to your final invoice without prior notice.


Property Access and Landscape Changes
To allow us to perform scheduled services on time and safely, all property gates must be unlocked by 8:00 AM on the scheduled day of service. If you wish to skip or reschedule service, please notify us in advance. However, skipping service is not allowed during peak growing or rainy seasons, as regular care is necessary to maintain lawn health and prevent overgrowth. Customers on a weekly schedule may skip service only once per calendar month. Additional skip requests may be denied and could result in service delays or cancellation. Customers are fully responsible for any excess growth or additional cleanup required due to skipped visits. If added time, labor, or equipment is needed to complete the service, extra charges will be applied. If significant changes have been made to your landscape that increase service time or complexity, your pricing may be adjusted accordingly.


Policy Acknowledgment and Agreement
By requesting or receiving services from 2.0 Services LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined on this website and/or within any provided service estimate, invoice, or proposal. This includes, but is not limited to, the policies listed above. Engaging our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand all applicable policies prior to scheduling. 2.0 Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify its service policies at any time in order to maintain high standards of service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
